Introduction– Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder, affecting women far more than men. In females, hypothyroidism often presents with subtle complaints such as feeling cold, tiredness, lethargy, and decreased libido. Other common manifestations include weight changes, dry skin, menstrual irregularities, mood disturbances, and impaired fertility. Diagnosis is based on clinical features supported by thyroid function tests. Homeopathy follows an individualized, holistic approach, and constitutional remedies such as Calcarea carbonica are often indicated in women presenting with hypothyroid symptoms. This article reports a case of hypothyroidism in a 25-year-old female managed with homeopathic treatment.
