Only 30 minutes by direct train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Utrecht is situated in the heart of the
Netherlands at the junction of the country’s key motorways and railway lines.
With its canals, bridges and historic houses, and riven with narrow, cobbled, bicycle-filled roads, it is easy
to see why this thriving and historic university city is known as “Little Amsterdam”, but without the hordes
of tourists and cozier. The Oudegracht (‘Old Canal’) has centuries’ old vaulted wharf cellars – unique in
the world – which nowadays host a broad variety of lively restaurants and cafés with waterfront terraces.
The Congress will be held in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht location Beatrix building, situated right next to Utrecht
Central Station. The historic city centre is at no more than 10 minutes’ walking distance away. A number of hotel rooms will be blocked at preferential
rates and favourable booking conditions for the LMHI Congress delegates. For

• Maximum benefits: The exhibit packages are aimed to offer value added benefits for all sponsor
categories. Besides excellent booth space, these packages offer a range of benefits and
complimentary exhibitor passes & full registration(s). Additional promotional opportunities are
available to further increase your exposure.
• Maximum visibility: the Exhibition will be strategically situated on the ground floor, in between the
entrance hall and the plenary meeting room. Delegates will automatically pass through the exhibition
hall in order to reach the meeting room.
• Maximum exposure: All coffee and lunch breaks as well as the Welcome Reception will be held in the
exhibition area, with multiple catering service buffets to ensure that delegates are spread throughout
this area. The scientific posters will be on display in the exhibition area as well.

Before 1 January 2025 50% of the total cost of each item will be retained or invoiced
Before 1 March 2025 75% of the total cost of each item will be retained or invoiced
From 1 March 2025 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained or invoiced
The terms and conditions mentioned above and as included in the Sponsor Contract are applicable to all
sponsor and exhibition agreements for the LMHI 2025 World Congress. The Dutch law applies to the
sponsorship and exhibition.
