Introduction:

During case study, case processing is done under following headings:

Synthesis of the case: Synthesis is the collection of symptoms in new form.

Analysis of the case: Analysis is the comparison between two or more objects; here we compare & differentiate the symptoms of the patients from the symptoms of the disease.

Evaluation of the symptoms in the case: Evaluation is the special technique for gradation of symptoms, according to their values.

CASE-1:

A woman, aged 40 years has been suffering from following complaints:

  • She has been suffering from bloody per vaginal white discharges, since her childhood.
  • She is unable to travels by bus, it causes vomiting.
  • She almost lost her sexual desire.

History of bloody leucorrhoea is the main anomalies in this case. Hence, our selected medicine should have an important symptom of bad effects of persistent leucorrhoea.

Evaluation of the symptoms in the case:

Evaluation is the special technique for gradation of symptoms, according to their values. By DR. J.T. KENT’S methods of evaluation this case evaluated under following heading:

Case-2: Repertorisation; ‘Zomeo Academic’ software image.

Remarks:

After case study, case processing, repertorisation, we should consult with Materia Medica and Organon of Medicine with Homoeopathic Philosophy and as per our interpretation of the case and we will select the remedy and follow-up our case, according to our Applied Science and Art of Homoeopathy, with Individual Constitutional Homoeopathic method of treatment.

  • In Case No.: 1, software and manual repertorisation both leads Sepia512or Sepia 513.
  • In Case No.:2, software repertorisation show Sulphur614, Calc.carb.514, Silicea513 and manually Silicea616. As history of the bad effects of vaccination is the main anomaly in this case. Hence, our selected medicine should have an important symptom of bad effects of vaccination, which lead to Silicea.
