The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the public notice for NEET (UG) 2026, inviting online applications for admission to undergraduate medical courses across India.

As per the National Medical Commission (NMC) Act, 2019, NEET (UG) serves as the single, uniform entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions nationwide.

NEET (UG) 2026 scores will be applicable for admission to:

    • MBBS

    • BDS

    • BVSc & AH

    • BAMS

    • BSMS

    • BUMS

    • BHMS

    • B.Sc. Nursing (for MNS aspirants – Military Nursing Service)

🗓 Important Dates

    • Online Application Starts: 08 February 2026

    • Last Date to Apply: 08 March 2026 (till 09:00 PM)

    • Last Date for Fee Payment: 08 March 2026 (till 11:50 PM)

    • Correction Window: 10 March 2026 to 12 March 2026

    • Date of Examination: 03 May 2026

    • Exam Timing: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST)

    • Duration: 180 Minutes (3 Hours)

NEET (UG) 2026 will be conducted in 13 languages, including:

Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

💰 Application Fee (Centres in India)

    • General: ₹1700

    • General-EWS/OBC-NCL: ₹1600

    • SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender: ₹1000
