CHIEF COMPLAINT
A male, 61years, came with cracks and scaling of skin on bilateral hands for the past 1 year. He also presented with pain and burning of both hands where pain is better by washing with warm water and burning by cold water. Bleeding comes due to cracks. The complaints started after washing the toilet with harpic and some bleaching powder.

He hails from a middle-class family. His childhood was eventful and he studied up to BCom and later started to work in a government office as an officer. He was good in studies and used to study well. He had lot of friends during his college time and used to enjoy this company. He got married at the age of 30 years and it was an arranged marriage. He is happy with the life and the relationship is good with his wife and family members. Currently he is a retired government officer. As a person he likes the company of the people. Whenever he gets angry, he shouts and becomes irritable. He shares all of his feelings and problems with his wife and family problems.

- Blood pressure: 130/80 mm of Hg
- Respiratory rate: 18 breaths/min
- Temperature: 98.70 F
