Govt of India constituted the National Commission for Homoeopathy that shall consist of the following persons by a Gazette order dated 5th July, 2021 . The Central Government hereby repeals the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973) with effect from the 5th day of July, 2021.

The president of each autonomous board shall hold office for a term of four years or until further order whichever is earlier, with effect from 5th day of July, 2021.
