Altunay Agaoglu, MD
Dr. Altunay Agaoglu was born in Manisa, Turkey in 1974 and graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In 2007, she completed the courses offered by the German Classical Homeopathy Doctors Association (InHom). As a founding member of the Classical Homeopathy Association established in Izmir in 2003, she was the Chairman of the Board for many years. Dr. Agaoglu is also a respected instructor in classical homeopathy training, and has been an advisor on homeopathy several times for the Turkish Ministry of Health. Dr. Agaoglu has been a practicing homeopathic physician for more than 20 years. She was honoured to serve as the Chair of the Organizing Team for the 75th LMHI World Homeopathy Congress in Turkey in June 2022.
Over the years, Dr. Agaoglu has attended numerous international and national congresses, seminars, and training as both a participant and speaker. Since 2014, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Liga Medicorum Homeopathica Internationalis-LMHI (world homeopathy association – www.lmhi.org). Her dedication and leadership skills have been recognized through various roles including Treasurer, General Secretary, and Vice President and President between 2022-25. Now she is active as the immediate past president sharing her wisdom with the new board. .
