Diagnosis: Psoriasis
History Of Patient Illness:
The patient presented with complain of… .. .
•Hard leather like skin over both hands.
•Severe itching and burning sensation.
•Bleeding occur occasionally after scratching.
• Dryness of skin and discoloration.
•modality : All symptoms aggravate at night time and warm weather.
Treatment History :
The patient took many allopathic medicines and also tried other like Ayurveda and naturopathy,
Yet had no relief prior to homeopathic intervention.
Past History :
Patient had a history of itching eruption of eczema in childhood, which disappeared after the use of strong local ointment.
Family History :
Father : suffered from chronic asthma and had a history of dry skin issues.
Mother : healthy, but had a history of recurrent urticaria. Siblings : one brother has a history of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
Physical Generals :
Thermal reaction : hot
Appetite : Good
Thirst : increased. Thirsty for large quantities of cold water. Desire : sweets and spicy food.

Colour :scanty and high coloured.

Character: hard knotty.
Sleep : 6- 7 hours, Unrefreshing.
