Homeopathic system opens up many frontiers of research such as biological, physical, chemical, agricultural, clinical, verbal and non-verbal language, water memory, nanotechnology, proving of old and new drugs etc. Carefully organized and controlled research enables the researchers to test and compare different theories and approaches, explore different methods and learn from experiences. The humane medicine of homeopathy, with its profundity of principles, philosophy and applicability, need to be updated in view of the changing scenario. But whatever research modality one follows, it should not be at the cost of fundamental principles on which the edifice of homeopathy is built up. In other words, one can’t ask a camel to walk with the transplanted legs of an elephant and if a camel is unable to walk, criticize that camel is weak and lame.
