Abstract – ‘Hering’s Law of Cure’ is used by many homeopaths to help assess clinical outcomes. These ‘Laws’ are an historical evolution of PLATOS PHILOSOPHY, Dr Samuel Hahnemann’s observations and clinical changes occurring in patients after taking a homeopathic REMEDY. Hahnemann’s ideas were subsequently developed by Dr Constantine Hering, These ‘rules’ suggest that following a homeopathic constitutional remedy, healing occurs by stimulating the patient’s ‘vital force’ which responds by eliciting a distinct and consistent pattern.
Introduction
As we studied herings law of cure in our college curriculum, verification in a homoeopathic case record is a different thing. because hering law off cure is output of our homoeopathic prescribing, here we know if any misguidance is case record, any prejudices causes no relief to that deranged vital force and that vital force unable to coordinate with mental sphere and physical sphere in body , hence disease condition cant be in correct way to restore the sick to health, to cure.
According to herings first law – the curative process in nature is from “ centre to periphery”. The homoeopathic remedy always first eases the inner vital organs and then proceeds to the outer parts of the body.
Herings second law state that – symptoms of the disease that appeared first in the patient’s life will be the last one to disappear. Those symptoms of the disease that appeared last , that is recently, will be the first to disappear.
According to herings third law – the symptom disappears from the axial part to the appendicular part of the body. If such a thing is observed, it indicates that the selected remedy is homoeopathic and also acting curatively.
Hering first introduced the law of direction of symptoms : from within out, from above downward, in reverse order of their appearance.it does not occur in hahnemann’s writing.
Direction Disease – disease force act on vital force causes derangement , but dis ease feeling occurred in less important part of body, as bellow we will discuss, we all know disease force forcibly give dis ease feeling to vital parts or inner parts but vital force throw all dis ease feeling on less important or if we compared with vital organ those are less important feels dis ease feeling initially.
It is spoken of as Hering’s Laws. There is scarcely anything of this law in the literature of Homoeopathy, except the observation of symptoms going from above to the extremities, eruptions appearing on the skin and discharges, from mucous membranes or ulcers appearing upon the legs as internal symptoms disappear.
Law is demonstrated when the mental and general symptoms of a patient are the first to ameliorate after the ingestion of the proper homoeopathic remedy.
In clinical practices, the disappearance of symptoms as per herings law of cure can be seen in some cases, not in all cases.
In aphorism 161,chronic diseases treated with lm potencies should only have homoeopathic aggravation towards the end of treatment hence in short, the symptom will also aggravate in the reverse order of appearance, if it is direction of cure or we choose correct remedy.
As we go through the case, we are able to know how the cure is taking place.

A 17 year old male presented in OPD with complaints of skin eruption since 1 year & complaints of headache since 3 months with other associated complaints of acidity, nausea and vomiting.

Conclusion :
The affection paasses off in the order in which the organ has been affected.The symptom will go from the more important organ to less important organs, in reverse order of their appearance. according to hering, the disese progresses from outside inwards where as the cure takes place in the reverse order of appearance , that is from inside outward, but it is only possible after following guidelines of organon of medicine given by hahnemann
