Opening with Richfeel Health and Beauty Company for the post of Trichologist Doctor
Profile Details: Looking for only BHMS / MBBS doctors / BAMS / BNYS

2years of agreement.
Agreement breach amount 5 lacs
Post-dated cheque to be submitted on a security basis – 1,50,000/-
Trichology fee deduction:
Trichology Fee is of Rs.1,50,000/-. However 50% of trichology fee will be sponsored by company i.e 75,000/- and remaining will be recovered in 2 yrs as an EMI Scheme.
EMI Scheme : 3125/- pm will be deducted from salary as Trichology Fee for 2 years.
If Candidate is Completing 4 years with Richfeel then he/she will get retention Bonus in Following manner :

Period
Completion of 2 yrs ( Bond Period ) – 25000/- Bonus
Completion of 3rd Year – 25000/- Bonus
Completion of 4th Year – 25000/- Bonus
Location: Goa
Timings: 10.00 a.m. to 8.30 pm (10am – 8 pm or 10.30am – 8.30pm )
Working Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday is compulsory working, you will get weekly off any one day between Monday to Thursday.
Job Profile:
- To take complete detailed case history of the Patient (e.g. Address, E-mail id, measurement etc)
- To be responsible for feeding complete case history of the patient in online CRM (Client Relation manager) software
- To do Scalp Analysis and Explanation
- To be responsible for Follow ups, patient counselling, product counselling.
- Make Register for Trichologist
- To give Analysis to Analyst Assistant
- Responsible for Medicine Follow up
- To be able to multitask and accept all roles at the clinic
- To perform TST and Back up of PBT (photo bio therapy) (in case of emergency only)
- If required Product Counselling
- Assisting the Centre head in meeting the clinical targets.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Probation cum training period will be of Three-Six months.
- After the successful completion of the probation cum training period, the services on the company will be regularized depending upon your performance.
- You will be enrolled for the Trichology course and amount will be deducted from the salary as a part of course fees.
- You are required to sign 4 years of service level agreement .
- Towards confirmation of the said understanding and agreement, you are entitled to give a cheque for Rs. 1,50,000/- ( Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand Only) in favour of the Company and in the event of my breach of any of the terms and conditions of the said Agreement, the Company will be entitled to deposit the said cheque.

Training:
In case you are selected, for 30 – 45days you will be coming Mumbai for the purpose of training and assessment. Expenses for train tickets & accommodation will be provided by the company (this facility is only for the employee & not for his/her family members)
Dress Code:
The dress code for doctors at the clinic is strictly shirt, trousers & blazer.
