Expected Salary: 5,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 a year
- To achieve budgeted Top line and Bottom line for the Region.
- Involved in making SOPS , Trials and approvals of new products in R&d.
- To ensure timely opening of new Centers as per Budget.
- To ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that Centers achieve qualitative & quantitative executions.
- Ensuring Technical audit, Technical reviews of staff and check for compliance of SOPs adherence through the Technical Team.
- Strategize and direct Sales and Technical team to ensure meeting of in-house sales targets.
- As a corrective action for the deviations found during mystery audits – Strategize, Plan and get action plan implemented through the Sales and Technical Team
- Strategize with Regional HR resource on Manpower Planning.
- To provide inputs to Marketing Services resource at the Region for developing beauty events, marketing campaigns. Provide feedback to the Marketing Services resource and the Corporate Marketing Services Team on success of campaigns and events.
- To maintain the Training Status and ensure that the entire Centre Staff of the region is trained and a Training status record of each staff member is maintained at Centre level. To ensure that all the employees are trained on a regular basis.
- Supervising of all centres with technical assistance.
- Working on the beauty targets of individual centres.
- Analyzing different beauty opportunity in new markets.
- Training in Hands-on and sales.
- Improvisation and standardizing of service delivery.
- Representing the company as Skin and hair expert in Events and Promotions
- Representing the company as a skin and hair expert for Press, Television and Radio interviews
- Launching of New Product line and centre
- Planning of schemes for different cities and help to target specific clientle.
- Planning on sales and marketing strategies with the marketing team
Handling and resolving of Customer complaints. - Introduction and RND for new products for skin and hair.
- Appointing and assessing of staff.

Required experience: Homeopathy with Cosmetology (hands on): 3 years
