Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be upto 60 years for post-2, 8, 40 years for post-3, 4, 63 years for post-5, 21-40 years for post-6, 64 years for post-7, as on 01-01-2018. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management with 02 years experience
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for reserved category candidates) in form of demand draft drawn in favour of Chief Medical Officer of Health, Alipurduar.
