Designation: School Health Officer
School Health Officer will have to utilize your clinical skills & knowledge for delivering health programs for children in Schools & Preschools.
Your activities will include:
- Leading the school health team and supervising the activities of the team
- Physical examination and evaluation of children
- Supervising the screening of case records/ health questionnaires
- Delivering health talks & training of teachers on key health issues
- Counseling parents of children with specific diseases like asthma, atopic dermatitis
Quality check of data entered by nurses & others; helping in preparing the final medical reports which will be delivered to the schools.

BHMS, BAMS
