Venous leg ulcers is a condition , when venous blood is not able to pump upwards in lower extremities from legs , towards the heart due to valve dysfunction , or stasis or any obstruction ( thrombus formation in the veins ) .In simple way , ulcer is termed as a break in the continuity of epithelium .This video will discuss the etiology, pathophysiology , symptoms , complications ,diagnosis and Treatment in case of venous leg ulcers .
