BHUBANESWAR: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) programs started in the state from Friday. According to the notification issued by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) committee, the online registration, filling and locking of options will continue till 13 September. The provisional allocation of seats will be done on 16 September, while the document verification of the candidates will be from 17 September. And 19.
The last date for the candidates to withdraw from the admission process is 19 September after which OJEE will publish the final allocation of seats on 21 September. The candidates will report at the institutions where they have been allotted seats on 23 September.
OJEE will also conduct two more rounds of admissions to fill vacant seats. The second round of counselling will be held from 23 to 25 September, while the spot admission will be on 27 September. Students seeking admission for Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) will have to enrol in the next academic year. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET).
