Rally will take place on Monday, AYUSH doctors will be included in the state
Jaipur. Under the National Health Mission (NHM) in the state, AYUSH doctors working on the contract will organize a rally today for demanding 39 thousand rupees as per the 7th pay scale and early recruitment of vacant posts in NHM. The rally will leave Jodh Nagar T-Point at 12 o’clock in the afternoon from 22 warehouse circle, going through a cooperative route to the Jyoti Nagar near the assembly. The rally will be attended by AYUSH doctors working on the contract across the state.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Meena, President of Rajasthan AYUSH Union and Dr Incharge of Media Dr. Harmand Bhardwaj says that AYUSH doctors are getting lesser payroll than Assistant Radiographer, Lab Technician and Nurse Grade-II working on contract. With this, the AYUSH doctor working on contract has been suffering from mental depression for a long time.
He said that according to the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Wages) Rules-2007, 26,000 rupees for Nurses Grade-II, working on contract basis in various state medical colleges, lab technician and assistant radiographer, both separately 18 Thousands of 500 rupees have already issued orders.
