Short Description of topic: Homeopathy is in service for more than 200 years nevertheless the progress of research and standardization is slower than that of conventional medicine, the main cause is for such a setback is that only a handful of BHMS graduates join the league of researchers in the field of research hence when mainstream scientists try to look into the system, they barely succeed suffering from issues like lack of funds and support. In the current scenario, homoeopathic researches full of opportunities and homoeopathy is in a dire need for research in order to unveil the truth of homeopathy, it is not just manpower but also a standardized system of unbiased facts, assessment technique and technology that we need to develop a standardized system to enhance and uphold the homoeopathic principles of cure.
In this webinar we will discuss about the shortcomings, and the path to solution.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Patra is a BHMS graduate and the first youngest STSH Scholar when he was in 1st year, since then his interest and journey in Research started. He participated and presented in many national and international conferences. He is the Head of the Dept. of Homeopathy and International Coordinator of Studies at the Nyarkotey University College of Holistic Medicine & Technology, Ghana. Presently Dr. Patra is pursuing M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences at SRIHER, Chennai to prepare himself to be a Medical-Scientist in future.
