No. VIII/CMD/m-HSS/RIMS/2008/20021: A ‘ Walk-in-interview” for recruitment of the following posts for the Project “Regional Institute for HIV Surveillance”, Dept. of Community Medicine RIMS, Imphal funded by NACO (National Aids Control Organisation), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India on contractual basis
1. Post Name: Senior Consultant – Epidemiology

3. a) Essential Qualifiaction of the Applicants for both post. Bachelor degree in the Medical Sciences (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS) similar degree with Post- Graduation ( Degree/Diploma/ Program) in Publ Health or Community Medicine/ Epidemiology/HealthCare Management Health Administration/ Clinical Research/ Population Science/ any other post Graduation or degree /Diploma/ Program
b) Desirable Qualification: i) Minimum 5 years of experience in Diseases Surveillance/ Public Health Management/ Public Health Epidemiology/ Public Health Research. ii) Experience in NACP at National/ State Level Preferred.
4. Duration: 01 (one) year as per requirement of the project and on performance report.
5. Salary/month: 1,00,000 p.m (Consolidated)
Note:
1. In case large number of application is received, the institute shall shortlist the candidate for calling interview based on suitable criteria fixed by the institute such as age, educational qualification and experience
2. The engagement is strictly co-terminus with the project and especially required for the above research project for the period mentioned against the post or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
3. The appointee shall have no right to claim or shall not make claim or shall not claim for regular appointment on the basis of his/her engagement extension of engagement on the basis in RIMS, Imphal.
4. The engagement shall be made on finalization ofa contract agreement after recommendation by he Selection Committee.

How to Apply :
1. Walk in Interview will be held on D8/09/2021 at 11 a.m in the Office Chamber of Director RIMS, Imphal. Interested candidates fulfilling the required qualification, experience and age limit may apply for the interview along with a copy of neatly typed bio-data with two attested passport size colour photograph and attested copies of testimonials
2. The original certificates and documents are to be produced before the Selection Committee at the time of interview.
3. No TA/DA will be admissible.
4. Application in plain paper should be submitted in the Office of the Director, RIMS, Imphal on or before 06/09/2021 and the application received after 4.00 p.m of 06/09/2021 will not be entertained.
