This holds a permanent “hope” for the patient because no curative reaction is possible and case has crossed threshold into incurable cases.
Our three pioneer talks about it.
Dr Hahnemann,Dr HA.roberts,Dr Stuart close.

WHY TO DO PALLIATION

PALLIATION is used in Incurable cases like:-
Terminal cases and cases with deep seated pathology because it is used to,
1.To reduse suffering from most annoying symptoms “pain” which is quick and frequent in recurrence.
2.To improve quality of life.
3.To improve a psychological health.
4.And to have a enthusiasm towards life.
5.To increase the period of life and have mercyfull death.

HOW TO DO PALLIATION

The law of similars is the fundamental law also in the palliation of incurable states.
Either for palliation of incurable diseases or for the cure of the curable diseases, the symptomatology of the remedy must simulate, as much as possible,in order to bring relief and where periodicity or alteration with frequent relapse is a part of the symptomatology, the remedy must have this characteristic feature if we expect it to be effective.
In all possible cases, the physician endeavors in repeated conversations with the patient to trace the picture of his disease as completely Possible and in short time , according to the directions given above, in order to be able to elucidate the most striking and peculiar (characteristic) symptoms, in accordance with which he selects the first remedy having the greatest symptomatic resemblance, for the commencement of the treatment, and so forth.
We should procure history of the treatment taken till date.
That the best selected homoeopathic (antipsoric) medicine in the suitable (minutest) dose, generally lower potency which is frequent repeated.
Remedy may change with change in pictures of diseas with quick and frequent relapses

LIMITATIONS OF PHYSICIANS IN PALLIATIVE CASES

.That the best selected homoeopathic (antipsoric) medicine in the suitable (minutest) dose, generally lower potency which is frequent repeated without use of higher potency.
Remedy may change with change in pictures of disease with quick and frequent relapse.
Circumstances arise occasionally which make it necessary temporarily for the homoeopathic physician to use drugs in physiological (really, pathogenic) doses for their palliative effect.
Noo quite definite complete relief of symptoms can occur,Partial relief is possible
