Case of allergic Rhinits with allergic bronchitis
A 26 year old male had a complaint of recurrent cold and coryza since 10 years along with that he also had a complain of Headache and Epistaxis in summer along with backache .
Chief complaints
1.Cold and coryza since 10 years
History of Presenting Complaints
Difficulty in breathing with chest pain and sputa is thick and yellow and watery discharge from nose.
LOCATION: Respiratory tract
sensation : pressure on the chest and tickling in throat Aggravation by cold food and drink, early morning , dust,
chalk.
observation : Holding the chest while coughing
2-Headache since 3-4years Location : pain goes from left side of the forehead and radiates to the
whole.
Sensation : Bursting Aggravation : mostly in summer Amelioration : By pressure
3-Backache since few days
Location: lumbar region on both the sides: sensation aching
Aggravation by standing ameliorationby rest
4-Epistaxis especially in summer
Past history
Malaria 6yrs Allopathic relieved
Enteric fever 6yrs Allopathic relieved
Chicken pox 12yrs Allopathic relieved
Family history
Father Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension
Mother Diabetes mellitus
Diet and food habit : vegetarian Habits and addiction : Tea addicted Hobbies: travelling

Appearance: thin fair complexion
• Apetite:3 times/day • Taste: spicy
• Thirst:4-5litres/day • Stool: once a day
• Urine:4-5times/day
• Sweat: excessive on forehead++ • Sleep: Disturbed due to anxiety • Thermal reaction :Chilly
• Dreams: of fights and saving his friends
Mental
Before 7yrs I fell in love with my class mate ,I proposed her and she wanted to marry someone who has govt job. The only aim was to marry that girl ,so after completing masters I went to delhi for govt job preparations and then I cleared the exam with post of class 1 and one day she replied to my status and again we started talking and that was the happiest moment of my life. In between those 7years I suffered a lot of anxiety, fear of loosing her ,constantly thinking about that girl
All I want is status to proove myself. In my college if any student didn’t do their work on time I get angry .During that phase there was a lot of loneliness I made new friends but still I cannot forget her. In night I couldn’t sleep bcoz of same thinking I could get her or not.

Pulse- 74/min Lymphadenopathy- absent Respiratory rate- 18/min Auscultation- crackles Nails-pinkish
