CCH Recommends Homeopath For Bridge Program On Certificate In Community Health

The Central Homeopathy Council decided to include homoeopathy practitioners as community health providers and requested the AYUSH Ministry to take appropriate action. This will definitely add more employment opportunities for the new generation of homoeopaths.

Several state governments such as Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Tripura have started entering the Bridge Program on Certificate in Community Health under the National Health Mission Program – which provides increased job opportunities and knowledge for new generation doctors.

Currently, the core qualification is BAMS and BSc Nursing.

Candidates who successfully complete this course will be posted to sub-centres as Community Health Officers (CHOs) to lead the primary health care team.

On behalf of the State Health and Family Welfare Society, National Health Mission, the Government of Tripura invites candidates for 360 posts who are willing and enthusiastic to serve the community in the sub-centre which will serve as the Health and Wellness Center.

To bring health care services to the door of the community candidate will go through a 6-month certificate course on community health

The course is intended to strengthen the National Center for Health and Welfare Centers (H&WC) as sub-centres for better implementation of public health program and to enable comprehensive primary health care service delivery including disease prevention and health promotion. Is part of an initiative under the Health Mission.

Candidates will get TA / DA and remuneration during the course period subject to GOI approval.

Eligible candidates who have completed the Certificate Course on Community Health will be appointed as Community Health Officer at the Health Sub Center level with a salary per month. 25, OOO / – as salary / remuneration and Rs. The provision of is performance incentive. 15000 / 000pm max.

The National Health Mission will provide assistance for boarding and lodging, IGNOU course fees, transportation for Practicum, and other training-related costs during the training period.

Unselected candidates in service will be paid remuneration as per the existing salary or whichever is higher,

Course structure
The educational program consists of four basic training sessions, each four weeks later and followed by a field component at the CHA’s village clinic. The curriculum includes the knowledge and skills needed to provide acute care for preventive services, including common medical problems, emergency care, follow-up care for patients with chronic diseases, and prenatal and well-child care. Training includes state-approved emergency care courses, completion of a skills checklist, a supervised clinical concept, and passing the CHP statewide exam.
