Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India proposes to enact legislation for the issue of violence against healthcare professionals and damage to the assets of clinical establishments. Legislation has been prepared in the form of “Healthcare Service Personnel and Clinical Establishment (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Bill, 2019”.
Before finalizing the draft bill, it has been decided to resolve objections and suggestions from the public regarding the draft law. Objections/suggestions can be forwarded within 30 days from the date of issue of this notice.
