Applications are invited for admission to BSAMS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS Medical Degree Courses 2019 – Self Financing IM and H. in Tamil Nadu by Medical Education and Selection Committee (TN Health Tamil Nadu). A program management course of 20 sessions in medical colleges. ).

(i) To be eligible for admission to BSMS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS degree courses for this academic year, it will be necessary for a candidate to score minimum marks in 50th percentile in NEET UG-2019. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Castes Arunthihars, Backward Classes, Backward Class Muslims and most Backward Classes / Autocratic communities, the minimum marks will be 40th perennial in NEET UG-2019. In respect of candidates with lower limb locomotive disability alone, the minimum marks for general category candidates will be 45th and 40% for SET / SCA / SC / MBC / DC / BCM and BCE candidates in NEET-UG 2019.
(ii) When a sufficient number of candidates of the respective class have failed to achieve the minimum marks prescribed in the National Eligibility-cum-Qualification Examination for this academic year for admission to BSMS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS degree courses. Please consult the government. CCIM / CCH at its discretion is the minimum marks required for admission to BSMS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS degree courses for the candidates belonging to the respective categories and marks which will be applicable only for this academic year reduced by the Central Government. Explanatory Note: Also Candidates, with NEET UG 2019 score Percentile lesser than 50th Percentile or 40th Percentile as the case may be, may also apply, if they will so, in anticipation of downward revision of minimum eligible percentile by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India for the Academic Session 2019-20. Such applicants will find a place in the General Merit List only when such downward revision of Minimum Eligible Percentile is ordered by the Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi at its discretion in concurrence with CCIM and CCH for this academic year 2019-20”

(iii) Further, to be eligible for admission to BSMS / BAMS / BUMS / BHMS degree courses, candidates must have passed all subjects of the qualifying examination of Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board. Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany and Zoology and any other equivalent board with subjects of English and must be obtained individually In the above qualification examination in terms of marks Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany and Zoology Fifty percentage points taken together. Forty per cent marks in case of General category and ST / SCA / SC / MBC / DC / BCM and BC category. 2. The application form and prospectus can be downloaded from the official website “www. tnhealth.org ” from 28-08-2019 to 13-09-2019 at 03.00 PM. The application form and prospectus will not be issued in the Indian Medical and Homeopathy Directorate and Selection Committee, Arumbakkam, Chennai 106 or the office of any IM&H Medical Colleges.

General application form Rs.1000 / –
Candidates should pay the application cost through demand draft in favour of “Director of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, Chennai 106” or payable from any nationalized bank in Chennai on 28-08-2019 and enclosing the demand draft with it. Download filled in the application form at the time of submitting the letter. Candidates should submit their name, not parents/guardian, on the reverse side of the demand draft in pencil. The name and mobile number should be written correctly.
4. Last date and time to apply: 3 PM till 13-09 2019
