Conference hall at AYUSH Directorate inaugurated

Panchkula, May 11 Haryana Health and AYUSH Minister Anil Vij  inaugurated the newly constructed pyramid-shaped conference and training hall built at a cost of Rs 2.2 crore at the Directorate of AYUSH, Panchkula. The roof of the hall has been constructed at an angle, which will help in infusing fresh energy in those who do yoga and meditation. Vij said the proposal to bring the pay-scales of ayurvedic doctors of the state on a par with ayurvedic practitioners in other states was being considered, and positive results were expected.
He directed the officers to depute adequate staff in the pyramid hall so that maximum people could benefit. He further added the AYUSH wing was being established at all health centres in the state. Panchkarma centres are also being opened in every district.
